During this inaugural evening, you will sip and savour the exclusive premium wines of Colaneri Estates that keep tradition alive but also embrace the new world techniques. These wines will be paired with a selection of award-winning artisanal cheeses from Upper Canada Cheese Company. Upper Canada's cheeses reflect the unique Niagara Biosphere and the creamy richness of Guernsey milk.
Followed by live music from Dually Noted Jazz Trio.
